Ravenscroft & Schmierer Adds Wealth Management And Family Office Lawyer Samantha Bradley

Hong Kong-based full-service law firm Ravenscroft & Schmierer has hired British wealth management and family office lawyer Samantha Bradley, with effect from 28 February 2022, as part of the ongoing expansion of its Asian and global corporate capability.


Based in Hong Kong, Samantha is a highly accomplished solicitor, qualified in England and Hong Kong, practising as a solicitor in Hong Kong, with over 25 years of experience working for international law firms and family offices advising on a broad range of areas, and she is a frequent conference speaker.

About Samantha


Originally from England, Samantha received her Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London.


With over 25 years of experience, she joins Ravenscroft & Schmierer from S J Bradley & Co, where she was the principal. She began her career with Allen & Overy in the private client department, and later joined Withersworldwide, where she progressed to Hong Kong Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management Asia.


Samantha is qualified in England and Wales and Hong Kong, practising as a solicitor in Hong Kong. She most recently headed the legal and compliance team of a mature single-family office in Hong Kong. She left at the end of 2020 to consult for them part-time whilst planning a professional offering closely aligned with her personal values.


Samantha is the second senior hire by Ravenscroft & Schmierer in the past few months, following the hire of Louie Lee in Hong Kong, who is a seasoned lawyer with close to 20 years of experience having worked in corporate finance departments at major international law firms, and spent close to 10 years at the SFC (Securities and Futures Commission) in the Corporate Finance and Investment Products (previously Policy, China and Investment Products) Divisions.
