Notary Internship

Ravenscroft & Schmierer offers the opportunity to intern at our law firm. Notarial work attracts a considerable volume of clients. To provide support to our Notary Public, we are looking for a student / recent graduate who can assist during term-time.
​​
The successful candidate will display excellent client handling skills through email, phone and in-person meetings. Moreover, diligent performance of AML (anti-money laundering) compliance tasks is essential.
​​
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, hands-on and proactive candidate. Further, candidates are expected to handle their tasks independently under supervision. For the notarial work, the candidate reports to our Notary Public, for AML compliance work, to our Head of Compliance.
​​
Although this is a Hong Kong role, the nature of how the firm operates means that international work is the norm. An international and collaborative mindset is imperative.
​​
Important: You must be available on-site for training. Following this, hybrid work can then be set up, with frequent on-site visits. Please only apply if you can start in January/February 2025, and are available for at least six consecutive weeks, or longer. We will only consider applications of candidates who currently have the right to work in Hong Kong/Mainland China.

Students of all degree backgrounds with an interest in notarial matters, relatable experience and diligent administrative skills should apply.
